With over three decades of influencing and inspiring people to be their authentic self, Di has worked alongside teams from global corporations, government agencies, SMEs & micro-businesses. Leading, motivating, supporting, and mentoring individuals to achieve personal and business growth.
Since returning to live in Mount Gambier, Di has dedicated countless hours of volunteer time to host and plan events and fund-raise for numerous local charities. A personal mission of Di’s is to help raise 1 million dollars for our local community. A board member for six years, including three as Chair for Women in Business and Regional Development. A board member for the Stand Like Stone Foundation for 2.5 years. Di is the current Chair of Four Reasons Why and Chair of Spare Ya Change 4 Kids, two local not-for-profit organisations that help some of our most vulnerable members of our community. Di is also an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. She has a clear focus on ensuring social conscience strategies and actions are on everyone’s radar. One of her many career highlights was being voted in as the first non-Indigenous board member of Pangula Mannamurna Aboriginal Corporation in 2018.
Di established Di-Monty Training Solutions in 2008. As Managing Director, developed the business to provide training and support services across the region, including corporate training programs and delivering Nationally Recognised Training qualifications whilst partnering with 2 RTOs, TIME Education and Training (RTO 40058) and Limestone Coast Training (RTO 40376). Di built her team with experts in their fields and together provides aspirational, proactive, and results driven approach with all our clients.
A key driver for Di is to work alongside businesses and teams to help them reach optimum productivity levels and create a positive workplace culture. Her aim is to encourage people to believe in themselves and to help each person to achieve personal life goals and suitable career pathways.
