Chris Walters

With over 30 years in customer service working in retail, hospitality, IT and business management, Chris has a broad range of skills and is very much a people person. Chris has worked in many areas of customer service in both paid and volunteer roles, including over and a number of years as President of the Sesiaka and Shingokan Karate Social Clubs and the last 16+ years as President of the Mount Gambier Tenpin Bowling Association. During this time Chris has worked with the small committee to organise tournaments and events, and community sponsorship to fundraise and organise accommodation, travel, and shirts for the Mount Gambier Country Cup Team to ensure the region’s bowlers get to represent at the state level each year. Chris has also been a valued supporter of community events and has volunteered at South Gambier Football Club and the Lower South-East Hockey Association.
