Having joined the team in May of 2021, Nikki has taken on the challenge of client relations & administrative support across the whole business, as well as serving as the first point of contact for almost all enquiries. Her background working in small, locally owned businesses aids in her understanding and ability to assist both individuals and organisations with their training and informational needs.
Completing qualifications in both Work Health & Safety and Training & Assessment during her time with LCS, Nikki’s role has expanded into compliance services, including the development of policy and procedure documentation for workplaces. Her IT and researching skills are exceptional, and her ability to provide high levels of customer service and support is second to none.
