To work or volunteer with children and young people on SA Department of Education sites you must do training about your child protection responsibilities. This training is called Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC), and it outlines your child protection role as a team member in education.
If you are an educator, a current RRHAN-EC Certificate is a requirement for registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
Limestone Coast Solutions is an approved provider of RRHAN-EC training as of July 1, 2021.
The new training will consist of two different courses:
- A two-hour online course that will cover the essential knowledge.
- A four-hour face-to-face workshop that covers advanced content.
To register for this course, please go to the Plink website (login required) and register for the RRHAN-EC training. When you complete Part 1 (2-hour online Fundamentals) and submit feedback, you will be able to register for Part 2 the 4-hour Masterclass workshop.
By registering for a RRHAN-EC Masterclass session with us, you are agreeing to Limestone Coast Solutions RRHAN-EC terms & conditions.
