This workshop has been designed to help workers, supervisors and managers understand psychosocial hazards and risks in the workplace and how everyone can contribute to creating a psychologically healthy and safe work environment.

- Explain WHS obligations relating to psychological health.
- Recognise common psychosocial hazards in the workplace.
- Understand the impacts of psychosocial hazards on workers and organisations.
- Apply the psychosocial risk management process.
- Identify controls that can eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks.
- Understand the different responsibilities of workers, supervisors and managers.
- Participate effectively in consultation and reporting processes.
