
Welcome to Limestone Coast Solutions. A new name for a familiar face.
You might know us better as “Di-Monty Training Solutions”. In 2022, we underwent a business health check and one of the key findings from this check was that people still, after 14 years in operation, did not have a clear understanding of what we were, and that the business name was closely tied with both of the business founders, Di Ind and Martin Montgomery. Monty left the organisation back in 2011 to pursue other interests.
The decision was made to undergo a rebranding process, removing both Di and Monty from the business name. Di is still (extremely!) actively involved in the business as Managing Director, Lead Facilitator, and Workplace Culture Specialist.
Changing our name to Limestone Coast Solutions ties us to the area in which we all work and live. Removing Training from the name also shows that we do more than train people, although this is still one of our key areas.
The addition of our tagline (People, Policies, ICT) outlines our areas of speciality.
You will still receive the same great service that we have been delivering over the past 15 years, just under a new banner.
